Pupils from Junior Infants to 3rd Class learned cycling skills during Bike Day in Knockskeagh NS. Our pupils loved the challenges that Ulick of Bike Wizards set for them during each session. The sessions focused on balance, braking, and turning skills.
We are so lucky to have ample room on our school grounds for activities like this, and our school track was a fantastic area for all classes to put their cycling skills into practice.
We were delighted to receive funding for Bike Day from Cork Sports Partnership on behalf of Cork County and City Councils. Thank you so much to Ulick for his time and to all the parents who supported us by bringing in pupils’ bicycles. #bikeweekcork @corksportspartnership
