Blue Star Programme.
The Blue Star Programme is an education initiative for primary school pupils across Ireland. The idea of the Programme is to learn about the European Union and how it affects the lives of Irish citizens among primary pupils through classroom projects and activities in relation to the four key elements: History, Geography, Culture & Creativity, and Institutions of the EU.
Knockskeagh N.S. have earned three Blue Star Programme awards to date and our students continue to learn about and teach each other all about the EU in fun and creative ways!
