Knockskeagh Medal Presentation

Today we had the honour of welcoming back our past pupil Moya Knowles to Knockskeagh NS to present medals for recent sporting activities in our school.
Moya rows for the esteemed Skibbereen Rowing Club where she has etched out a very successful sporting career so far on both national and international waters. Her success has recently culminated in representing Ireland in the World Rowing Championships where Moya and her crew finished an incredible 9th. We know Moya is destined for greatness and we thank her for taking time to visit us today. We wish her all the best in the future 🚣‍♀️🇮🇪
Moya presented medals to our recent Sports Day teams and our 6th class Superstars Competition winners, Tristan Elliott, Mattie Coffey and Brian Crowley.
As well as this, she presented medals to our Carbery Cup football winners which was a boys football competition involving 4th, 5th and 6th. As well as this, she presented medals to our Rainbow Cup winners which was a girls football competition played recently involving girls from 4th, 5th and 6th classes.
Huge well done to all award recipients today. 🥇🥈🥉
