Hurling and Camogie Shield Winners

Sciath na Scol Hurling and Camogie Shield Winners

Huge credit must go to our 5th and 6th class Sciath na Scol hurling and camogie teams who played in the West Cork Finals Competition in Clonakilty and Drimoleague last week.

In hurling, the team showed great character to bounce back from an opening loss and finish the day as Roinn 3 Shield Champions in a very tight final against Coomhola NS.

In camogie, the team displayed fantastic teamwork and determination to eventually come out on top against a spirited Bantry side in their final to win the shield.

A big well done to all involved in bringing both West Cork shields back to our school this year. We are so proud of you all smile
