FAI Soccer 11 -a -side

Yesterday was an action-packed day of football as both our Girls and Boys 11-a-side teams kicked off their campaign in the 1st round of the FAI Primary Schools Competition.

In a thrilling and closely fought contest, both team’s showed tremendous determination and tactical maturity against a very strong Bandon side. Despite a narrow defeat, the team displayed super teamwork, solid defending, and brilliant skill in attack.

Every player worked tirelessly until the final whistle and while the scorelines didn’t fall our way on the day, both teams represented our school community with distinction and we are so proud of them all.
