Crinniú na nÓg
Crinniú na nÓg – On June 7th, Ireland celebrated a national day of free creativity for children – Crinniú na nÓg.
This is an initiative that enables the creative potential of children and young people.
We celebrated free creativity in Knockskeagh on Friday 6th June, and WOW! 😍 What amazing talented children we have amongst us!
They showed a wide range of creative skills, such as singing
, dancing
, Lego building
, DIY skills
, art creations
, gymnastics
, drama
, science experiments
and so much more!

It was lovely to see children come together and share ideas of what they could do, plan out how they were going to do it, and then complete the task. It was also fantastic to see individual children have the confidence to show their creative side on their own, as they took on a solo adventure.
Well done to all involved!
